I work with a wide variety of techniques and materials. I will display the possibilities below.
Stained glass (tiffany style 2D)
Is a technique where pieces of glass are cut, sawn and grinded in a certain wished shape. After this the glass will be wrapped around the edges in a copper tape. This copper tape will be the base for soldering the pieces of glass together and so creating one whole panel.

Stained glass (tiffany style 3D)
Is a technique where pieces of glass are cut and grinded in a certain wished shape and angle. After this the glass will be wrapped around the edges in a copper tape. This copper tape will be the base for soldering the pieces of glass together. The pieces of glass will be held in the desired angle and then be soldered together creating the desired object.
Clay modelling
Is a technique where clay is modeled and sculptured to a desired shape. After this it gets placed in a kiln to be burned into a bisque preparing it to be painted and glazed.

Ceramic painting
Is the technique of mixing your own paint powders from minerals and other raw materials creating your own colours (or they can be bought pre-mixt). These powders are often mixed with white porcelain paste creating a nice paint to apply to the desired work.
Ceramic glaze is a type of coating or finish used to decorate and protect ceramic pieces and pottery whilst making it water proof
Sandblasting
Is a technique where a piece of glass is masked with tape. After it has been taped a design will be drawn onto it. This design will be carefully removed using a knife exposing the glass underneath. Then the object will be sandblasted ( usually in a specially designed sealed box). Sandblasting uses a fine sand at high speed that will pit and grind the glass leaving a matt surface. After this the masking tape is removed leaving the wished for design in the glass.

Engraving glass
Is a technique that uses a tool that decorated glass by shallowly engraving the surface of a glass object, either by holding it against a rotating wheel, or manipulating a diamond tipped tool.
Flameworking / Lampworking
Lampworking is a type of glasswork that uses a torch to melt the glass. Once in a molten state, the glass is formed by blowing and shaping with tools and hand movements.

Jewelry making
There are many ways to make jewelry. For myself I like to use solid pieces of metal and shaping them using sawing, grinding, rolling, engraving, soldering and hammering techniques. I enjoy inlaying my jewelry with mother of pearl that I found and required in Taiwan.
If any of my works have piqued your interest then don’t hesitate to contact me or make a request.
